| With wide application of coal resource in our country,it makes great contribution on the process of national economic construction and people’s living standards.However,frequent coal mine accidents cause our country and enterprises huge economic loss,and also bring workers’ great disaster,which seriously damage the image of our government and enterprises.As to the serious safety situation of coal mine in our country,coal enterprises input safety resource to enhance safety level,but it still has a great gap compared with developed countries.One of the most important reasons is the imbalance in safety resource allocation of coal mine production logistics system.Conventional resource optimal allocation methods can improve allocation efficiency and safety level of coal mine in the feasible region.However the safety requirement of coal mine changes as the environment changes,the resource allocation scheme could not meet the system’s new safety requirement.Therefore,how to optimize safety resource allocation of coal mine and realize the highest safety level,lowest input cost and best resource utilization are needed to be solved urgently.Sponsored by National Natural Science Fund(71271194),the inverse optimization of resource allocation of coal mine production logistics system from four aspects was studied by considering the many types of safety resource and their complicated data structure.They were the selection of key safety resource,the mechanism analysis of safety resource and safety level,the inverse optimization model of safety resource allocation,empirical study and suggestions of inverse optimization.The concrete contents and innovative points contained:(1)Analyzing the influence of safety resource on coal mine production logistics system and selecting the key safety resource by improved rough set method.Firstly,it analyzed the safety factors of the subsystems such as mining,excavation,electrical,ventilation,drainage,and transportation;secondly,it analyzed subsystems’ safety resource.And then the index system of safety resource was established;thirdly,an improved rough set method with levy flight-artificial fish swarm algorithm(LF-AFSA)and genetic algorithm(GA)was proposed and used to identify key safety resource.It provided a precondition for the mechanism analysis of safety resource on safety level.(2)Analyzing the impact law of key safety resource on safety level and building their mechanism model by C-D function.Firstly,it showed the change law of the production logistics system status;secondly,with dividing the rank of safety level,the influence of safety resource input scale and allocation on safety level was analyzed;thirdly,by contrasting the existing mechanism analysis methods,the nonlinear relation of key safety resource and safety level was fitted better by C-D function.It gave an objective function of the inverse optimization of safety resource allocation.(3)Summarizing the inverse optimization connotation of safety resource allocation of coal mine production logistics system and building an inverse model of safety resource allocation.Firstly,it analyzed the necessity,principle,implement framework and process of inverse optimization of coal mine production logistics system;secondly,it provided an objective function and constraint conditions and built the original model of safety resource allocation;thirdly,it explained the goal of inverse optimization and described its problem to be solved.Then the model of inverse optimization of safety resource allocation was established and solved by bi-level programming and genetic algorithm.(4)Testifying the validity of models by taking coal mine X as a research object and giving the suggestions of inverse optimization of safety resource allocation.Firstly,after data collection and data analysis,it established the model of inverse optimization of coal mine X.Then bi-level programming and genetic algorithm were adopted to solve this model.The result showed that the management of ventilation technology and the education and training of safety should be inverse optimized in coal mine X;secondly,it pointed out the suggestions of inverse optimization of safety resource allocation.After the studies above,it demonstrated that the inverse model of safety resource allocation of coal mine production logistics system could cultivate the best scheme of safety resource allocation.And it improved safety level without increasing safety resource input.Therefore,this paper enriches theoretical system of optimization allocation of safety resource and provides a new method for optimization allocation of safety resource of coal mine production logistics system.And it also has a realistic meaning to improve safety level of coal mine efficiently. |
