With the continuous adjustment and promotion of the economic structure,Guangdong province puts forth effort to implement the strategy of double transfer. The government of Pearl River Delta supports the development of the service industry, attracting the capital and labor from surrounding areas and transferring the manufacturing industry with little comparative advantage to the eastern, western and northern regions. The manufacturing and service industry present space inequality phenomenon which shows some correlative relationship. At present, the interactive relationship between the service industry and manufacturing industry has become an important field in the academic field. However, the research based on the perspective of spatial inequality is very limited.Based on the spatial perspective, the paper discuses the co-location relationship between the manufacturing industry and the service industry. The research intends to clear the inner mechanism of the regional spatial inequality and the coordinated development of the industry, providing the basis for the adjustment of the industrial structure, the narrowed regional gap and the coordinated development of the regional economy. The paper takes Guangdong Province as an example, subdividing it into the Pearl River Delta,Eastern,Western and Northern regions.First of all, from the view of industrial spatial inequality, the paper combined with the balanced and non-balanced development theory, industrial transfer and industrial agglomeration theory, using the manufacturing industry and service industry output value data and employment figures to analyze the industrial spatial inequality characteristics of Guangdong province. The paper also calculates the location entropy, industry concentration,Gini coefficient, variation coefficient,Theil index,? convergence index to analyze the manufacturing and service industries' inequality pattern combined with the ArcGIS software. Then, the spatial evolution structure of manufacturing industry and service industry is analyzed from the municipal level and county level. Finally, according to the characteristics of manufacturing industry and service industry,VAR model is established to explore the co-location relationship of Guangdong and all of its subareas.Tanking the Pearl River Delta as an example, the paper build a vertical correlation model to explore the co-location relationship of spatial inequality between services and manufacturing industry and its influencing factors. The results show that there is a positive spatialcorrelation between the spatial inequality of the service and the manufacturing sector in Guangdong province. There are some differences in the co-location relationship between the service industry and the manufacturing industry in Guangdong and its subdivision regions. The service industry and the advanced manufacturing industry gather together to Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The traditional manufacturing industry is spreading to the surrounding areas.Taking Shantou as the Eastern core,Zhanjiang as the Western core,Shaoguan as the Northern core,Guangdong province presents a multi-core development mode. The input of human capital promotes the agglomeration of services. The co-location relationship between service industry and manufacturing industry is affected by the scale of the city.
