Research On The Application Of Internet Finance In The Financing Of Transformation And Upgrading Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises In Shaanxi Province

It is of great practical significance to solve the problem of capital demand in the process of transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises in Shaanxi province.It is successful in upgrading and enhancing its competitiveness to maintain sustainable development.On the basis of defining the connotation of transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises,building the bridge of Internet finance and enterprise transformation and upgrading,combining with the practice of transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises in Shaanxi Province,aiming at solving the capital demand of SME transformation and upgrading process,this study mainly analyzes the drive and its capital demand characteristics of management transformation,business model transformation,industry transformation and enterprise upgrading,as the transformation and upgrading strategy commonly used by small and medium enterprises in Shaanxi Province,discusses the advantages of Internet financial instruments such as P2P lending,crowdfunding and e-commerce finance and so on in solving the capital demand of transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises,and analyzes the present situation of the application of Internet finance settlement financing in the process of transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises in Shaanxi Province.The conclusion of the study shows that the Internet finance and the transformation and upgrading of SMEs financing has a high degree of matching,the Internet finance advantages of financing can make up for the traditional financing channels disadvantages,provide financial support for transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises,However,small and medium enterprises in Shaanxi Province compared to the eastern region and the western region of Sichuan Province,is not giving full play to the role of Internet finance in the transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises.Therefore,to promote the transformation and upgrading of small and medium sized enterprises in Shaanxi,this study puts forward policy recommendations from small and medium sized enterprises,Internet finance enterprises and government tripartite behavior point of view.Small and medium sized enterprises should change the awareness of Internet finance,actively use the Internet finance to solve the capital demand of transformation and upgrading;Internet financial enterprises also actively support the financing of small and medium sized enterprises transformation and upgrading,and initially promote the Internet finance enterprises listing;the government should improve the system of the Internet finance,also need to strengthen cooperation with Internet finance enterprises.
