Research On Rural Household Economic Structure In Land-scale Management Region

Increasing rural household income is an important embodiment of rural economic development.The flow of factors such as land has important effect on the development of rural economy.Land transferring and scale management not only relate to the income sources of rural households,but to the economic structure of rural households,and also affected the income level of rural households.This thesis mainly obtains data on the income and expenditures of households in Gaolou Village,Yongcheng district,Henan Province,through a questionnaire survey.It analyzes the income and consumption structure of Gaolou Village households,and studies the relations between the scale land-management and the income level of the rural households,including the influence of the land scale operation on the income and consumption structure,and also,the income level of rural households.At last,analyzes the main influencing factors of the rural household economic structure.Research shows that,wage income accounts for the highest proportion,followed by family-business income,and the lowest is property income.The partial-land-transferred households have the highest wage income,followed by land-transferred households,and non-land-transferred households have the lowest.The land-transferred households has the highest family-business income,followed by the non-land-transferred households,the land-transferred households have the lowest.The land-transferred households have the highest property income,followed by the partial-land-transferred households,and the non-land-transferred households have the lowest.From the perspective of household income disparity,non-land-transferred households have the highest,followed by the land-transferred households,and the land-transferred households have the lowest.And also,one-generation families have the highest income disparity,followed by three-generation families,the two-generation families have the lowest.As consumption structure is concerned,the living consumption is higher than the productive consumption.In living consumption,food consumption is the highest,followed by education expenditure,and the lowest part is the expenditure of the maintenance of olders.In productive consumption,the cost of livestock breeding is higher than that of cultivation.And also,the land-transferred households have the highest living consumption level of all the families,followed by the partial-land-transferred families,the non-land-transferred households have the lowest.In consumption disparity,the non-land-transferred households have the highest ones,followed by the land-transferred households,partial-land-transferred families have the lowest disparity.In addition,the one-generation families have the highest consumption disparity,followed by three-generation families,and the two-generation families have the lowest.Among all the factors relating to the income and consumption structure,the income level of rural households,the land-transferring and farm-working contribute a small part.In the income structure of land-transferred families,it accounts for 6.27%,in the partial-land-transferred families,it account for 7.24%.Compared with the non-land-transferred district,such as Qiaoshang village in Hejiang county Sichuan province,the family-income is much lower with the average level of all households.However,land-transfer and scaled-land-management not only contribute land rents and farm-working income to farmers,but also liberate the labor from the land.Farmers can engage in various non-agricultural activities to obtain higher income,especially in the local enterprises.There are many factories around the Gaolou village.The factories provide the opportunities for farmers to earn income without leaving their homes at a long time.Of all the factors affecting the household expenditure,the education expenditure is the higher,even the education quality and education level are too low.The low education level of citizens directly affects the income level of the family.In addition,go vernment security policies benefit farmers,and increased farmers' income,reduced the cost of farmers' medicines,eased the contradictions of the peasants' lives.
