Practice Research On The Reconstruction Of Chifeng Tienan Shantytown

Since2008,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region began to implement the project of supporting urban living.Reconstruction of shantytowns is subordinate to the construction of affordable housing in China,also known as the people's settlement project.The reconstruction project of shantytown is a comprehensive project which is beneficial to the people,easy to the people and more favorable to the whole construction and development of the city.Shantytowns are not simply built after the old houses in the city have been knocked down,and thus,on the surface,to improve the living environment of residents with poor economic conditions.The deep meaning of shantytown reconstruction is to improve the living conditions of shantytown residents by a large margin.Gradual elimination of the economic and cultural disparities among the poor residents in urban centries and on the fringes of cities,finally reduce the gap between the rich and the poor of the whole society.It is conducive to achieving common prosperity and promoting the early establishment of a well-off society in an all-round way.Urban shantytown reconstruction is a part of housing security system in China.The successful completion of shantytown reconstruction can further promote the improvement of housing security system in China.With the deepening of affordable housing construction,shantytown reconstruction project is also deepening.Chi Feng City is the largest city in Inner Mongolia.Shantytown reconstruction work has been repeatedly concerned by the leadership.At present,the shanty district of our country is steadily advancing,and the system measures are also constantly improving.On the premise of carefully browsing and studying the knowledge of public management,taking Tie nan shantytown reform in Chi Feng city as an example to make a thorough and detailed analysis.At the same time,combined with Japan,the slum upgrading in the UK and the successful experience of the transformation of the shantytowns in Cheng Cheng County of Shanxi Province.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the reform of Tie nan shed in Chi Feng City and the suggestion of deepening the reformation of Tie nan shantytown in Chi Feng City.The experience of shantytown reconstruction and housing security system exploration in Chi Feng City is deduced,for the autonomous region and even the country to successfully achieve shantytown transformation to provide good experience.At the beginning of this paper,the background and significance of the thesis are explained.Then it summarizes the current research situation,research contents,technical route and research methods at home and abroad.The theoretical foundation for the reconstruction of the shantytown in Tie nan City of Chi Feng City is analyzed in detail.After mastering the present situation of the transformation of Tie nan shantytown in Chi Feng City,through comprehensive theoretical analysis and field investigation,the main problems existing in the transformation of Tie nan shantytown in Chi Feng City are obtained.For example,the collection of laws is not perfect,the fund gap is large,the involvement of the drawing department is more difficult to form a working force,the quality of the resettlement housing in the shanty area is not guaranteed,and the problem of insufficient attention is paid to the employment of the demolition residents.Focus on the causes of the above problems in-depth study.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the reasons for the successful transformation of shantytowns in Japan,Britain and Shanxi Province,in connection with the actual situation of the transformation of Tie nan shantytown in Chi Feng,the following suggestions are put forward for the smooth promotion of the transformation of the shantytown in Tie nan City of Chi Feng City: strengthen legislation,widen financing channels,innovate working methods,perfect the follow-up construction of shantytown reconstruction and so on.
