Research On The Developing Level Of Rural Information In Chahar Right Front Banner Of Ulanqab City

With the rapid development of information technology,the information services in rural areas is becoming more and more popular,constantly changing the old ideas in rural areas and making villagers keep in touch with the outside world,so that they can understand the development of cities and the country.In addition,the informatization is an effective way to build modern agriculture and increase farmers' income through accelerating the process of urban-rural integration and promoting rural economic growth.The level of rural construction depends largely on the development of rural informatization.In recent years,China has invested more in rural informatization which makes the development level rise steadily.Rural informatization construction is a long-term and complex process,and needs the support and cooperation of governments at all levels.This paper,taking Chahar Right Front Banner of Ulanqab City as an example,investigates the development of rural informatization in this area by means of questionnaire survey,and finds that the rural informatization in this area is lagging behind because of lagged infrastructure,low participation of farmers,low quality of agricultural information,shortage of construction funds and insufficient governmental guidance.Considering these problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,which mainly includes: the government should control the overall situation from the macro level through improving the rural information infrastructure,improving the publicity,absorbing collective investment from various forces,introducing and retaining talents,and training famers,in order to accelerate the construction of rural informatization and promote the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in the region.
