Research On The Mechanisms Of Enterprise Open Innovation Based On Evolutionary Game

In building an innovative country ’s historical background, innovation hasbecome the main driving force for enterprise development, but also to promote theeconomic development of the country where the core elements. In the fierce marketcompetition, enterprises how to improve their ability to innovate, how to obtain asustainable competitive advantage through innovation, every business managers haveto think about. Open innovation model to break the strict control of the traditionalclosed innovation model for corporate innovation process, enabling businesses toeffectively integrate internal and external innovation resources, and improvinginnovation performance. However, the successful implementation of our openinnovation business model is rare, simply because the operation mechanism of theenterprise open innovation lack of scientific knowledge, can not fully open innovationplay an important role in improving innovation performance.This paper uses enterprise bionics theory, complex adaptive systems theory andevolutionary game theory on the mechanism of open innovation business analysis.The study includes:（1）In-depth analysis of the content and features of enterprise open innovation,based on two basic principles of business to explore open innovation, namely theprinciples of corporate open innovation eco-system and the principle of co-evolution.Ecological principle of the system reveals the ecological relationship betweencorporate open innovation process with its stakeholders, analysis of enterpriseinnovation ecosystem of innovation and innovative community populations,innovation resources and innovation chain network resources, innovative niche.Coevolution theory reveals the enterprise open innovation process with stakeholdersin corporate behavior evolution of power machine model.（2）According to the enterprise open innovation process innovation resourcesflow direction, respectively to build enterprise open innovation process innovationand research cooperation evolutionary game model by competing evolutionary gamemodel of cluster innovation and suppliers evolutionary game model of collaborativeinnovation. Taking into account the conduct of open innovation business withoutgovernment support and supervision to build evolutionary game model enterprise open innovation process, local government regulatory actions.
