The Evolutionary Game Analysis Of Cooperative Innovation In Engineering Project

In society with rapid development of science and technology, the project becomes lager and more complex with increasingly high demand of safety and quality, therefore for a higher technology level, improving the speed of construction and ensuring the safety of construction, it’s often seen that people cooperate to innovate about product, skills and construction technology in construction projects. Affected by various influencing factors, people sometimes break the contract to reduce the risk, get other’s technology and have their cost back quickly.In order to explain the behavior of participants in cooperative innovation, the paper chooses the construction project as the background and analyzes the main factors that influence the cooperative innovation project and the characteristics of the construction project. Taking into account the influences of the environment, the support of the relevant departments, we establish the evolutionary game model and analyze the different types of strategy participants used when facing cooperative innovation. And we know how to promote cooperation in the best way by balancing the relationship of cost, profit, risk and penalty in different situation. After that, we verify the results by simulation and case analysis, finally we provide some suggestions to establish a rational cooperation mechanism, prevent the collapse of cooperation and be a reference for making supervision and punishment measures.The object of the paper is homogeneous and heterogeneous organization cooperative innovation.As for homogeneous organization cooperative innovation in engineering project, through the analysis of evolutionary game model, the main conclusions we draw are natural environment that is stable and good for construction, governments and relevant departments with encouraging attitude, relax policy and some subsidies, and personnel in the participant organization who are willing to cooperate actively at the start of the cooperative innovation have a big promoting effect. It increases the success probability, and appropriate penalty has supervisory and punitive effect which can prevent the occurrence of opportunistic behavior.As for heterogeneous organization cooperative innovation in engineering project, in addition to the effect that could influence the homogeneous organization, because of the difference of organization structure, knowledge system and the strength of technology in the heterogeneous organization, they have different distribution of cost and profit. So they bear different risk and return. They have different technology spillovers. Fewer spillovers can reduce risk, prevent betrayal, and rational distribution of cost and profit can make the two sides of the cooperation have a perception of fair which is good for cooperation.
