The core of project management is schedule management.The main content of schedule management is schedule planning and control.The key to the success or failure of the project is to formulate a reasonable project schedule based on project implementation,tracking and control.There are certain drawbacks in the traditional methods of project development in the banking system.There are loopholes in management and control to varying degrees.This has led to the difficulty of operating innovative projects of many banks in China and often results in situations where the project cannot be completed on time.All teams are self-centered and cannot start from the whole and are not easy to coordinate.It is difficult to accurately grasp the specific rhythm and so on.In this paper,the concept of project schedule management is introduced into the bank's project development.The AG bank's K-code payment system project is used as the research object.The relevant theories of project schedule management are applied,and the schedule planning method,time estimation method,Gantt chart,Value-based analysis methods such as earned value analysis and management tools and tools.The full text introduces the decomposition of work relationships,the determination of work relationships,the estimation of work schedules,the implementation control of schedules,etc.,and researches and explores the progress management of the AG bank's credit card K code payment project.This paper studies the implementation and control of the project progress management,analyzes the project plan implementation,the project plan implementation progress control and the project progress management safeguards.Optimize the planning of the project schedule and implement the schedule control to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the project development.This article can effectively address the issues that may arise in the project,use the project schedule planning and control management to carry out targeted system optimization and research and design to ensure that the project can be completed on time and durability.It is of great significance to fully implement project schedule management before the project can be put into use on time and with sufficient quality to establish itsown firm market position and maintain its competitive advantage.
