The Margin FX trading of H bank is a leveraged foreign exchange investment product which involves a high degree of risk, MarginFX trading platform provides service 24 hours, 5.5 days a week, excellent platform stabilization, enables investors to trade simpler, faster and safer. This thesis is related to the use of IT project management theory, discusses the H Bank MarginFX system adding new liquidity provider project from the start to the end of the process, for the core of the project and weaknesses, which is the project’s planning and control to optimize the design and management of specific research. By planning and control the scheduling, cost and quality to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Planning aspects of the project, a comprehensive introduction to major milestone for the project, WBS, working relationships, organizational structure and human resource planning, etc., through the expert judgment method and the combination of PERT activity time estimates for the project, a detailed description of the activities and the preparation of project scheduling Gantt chart and network diagrams, determine the activities of the person in charge and the cost of developing the project plan and quality plan; in project control, through the schedule optimization tasks on the project progress control method, the application of earned value analysis evaluated cost of the project progress by reviewing and testing the quality of the implementation of the project control.
