The research of this aspect has practical guiding significance for enterprises to implement the supply chain operation management practice.In this paper,the present situation and deficiencies of the supply chain operation management of Weidmuller Interface(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.is studied.Based on the theory of supply chain management and customization theory,an improved scheme is put forward on the basis of analyzing the cause of the problem,and the results are evaluated.This research mainly uses the methods of theoretical analysis,model analysis,empirical analysis and so on,And the main results are as follows:First,draw the Weidmuller's potential demand of different customized products uncertainty map and the response ability of the supply chain based on the corresponding results,analysis of the profitability of the company and strategic response capability with matching.Secondly,put forward Weidmuller's supply chain improvement method.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct The key performance indicators(KPI)system,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the results of the evaluation,and ensure the objectivity of the evaluation results. |
