Business model,is the demand of enterprise operational management in the production practice and is the enterprise operation management in the production practice and the development gradually.Oriental fashion group business model discussed in this paper,and is conducive to the further development of the business model theory,for the east popular group's business model to improve certain theoretical basis is put forward.First of all,discusses the related theory of business model,from three aspects such as the definition,components,features an overview of the business model,from the television marketing,e-commerce model,experience store business model in three aspects,such as analysis of the current business model that exist in the market economy status.Then,the paper analyzes the current situation of Oriental fashion group business model,from the brand strategy,customer segmentation,source of income,core resources and so on four aspects analyzes the Oriental fashion group specific business model,and puts forward the Oriental fashion group's business model has a media platform,positioning accuracy,the advantages of unique products,quality guarantee,but also have consumer groups too single,new sales not forming,market share lower,faults,and puts forward the problems existing in the Oriental fashion group business model is the lack of independent brands,products influence inadequate experience,lack of after-sales service and so on,which lay the foundation for the subsequent business model improvement.Secondly,major improvements on Oriental fashion group business model to carry on the design,from the market development,customer loyalty,online interaction,low cost operation several aspects put forward improvement principle,put forward the improvement goals,finally carries on the concrete design,proposed to promote the public TV programs combine with entity shop sales,store sales and network sales,store chain operation,etc.Finally,the new Oriental fashion group business model put forward feasible,operability and practical to implement eight countermeasures,including the organization structure design,personnel management measures,the diversification of media,service quality management system,a new mode of the system construction,strengthen the brand strategy,to ensure that the online product consistency,a set of information management system and so on.
