With the rapid development of Internet and information technology,Chinese enterprises will face great changes.Enterprise leaders need to understand the changes of the situation in all directions and angles and find out the plight of the organization in a timely manner,and employee voice will help the leaders to make quick response strategies.As a strong talent,knowledge worker is more valuable.At present,there are many researches on the mechanism of voice behavior based on face-to-face communication,while the influence mechanism of voice behavior is still to be studied in the network environment.From the perspective of network environment,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of online social interaction,work engagement and organizational innovation climate on employee voice.First of all,this paper reads a lot of relevant literature at home and abroad,combing the relevant theories of online social interaction,work engagement,employee voice and organizational innovation climate.On the basis of summarizing the relationship between different variables,combined with Social Context Theory and Conservation of Resources Theory,this paper puts forward the hypothesis and constructs a theoretical model of moderating mediator effect.Then,a questionnaire survey on 360 knowledge workers from Beijing,Shandong and other regions,collect relevant data,and through SPSS22.0,AMOS22.0 and Excel software using a variety of empirical analysis,analysis of relevant data,draw the following conclusions: the online social interaction have significant positive effects to employee voice;work engagement plays part of the intermediary role in online social interaction and employee voice in the relationship between organizational innovation climate;regulate the indirect effects of online social interaction on employee voice,in the environment of strong organizational innovation climate,online social interaction through work engagement on employee voice promoting effect is more obvious.Eventually,on the basis of the results of the research,this paper puts up the related management recommendations: enterprises should establish and maintain networkcommunication platform,and provide a variety of ways of communication,so that employees through a variety of ways to make positive suggestions.Knowledge worker plays an irreplaceable role in the development of an organization.An enterprise or leader should stimulate the work input of knowledge workers from many angles.At the same time,a good atmosphere of organizational innovation can be created.It is helpful for knowledge workers to realize their own value in their work,so as to promote the healthy and long-term development of the organization.
