| Leadership is an important driving force for enterprise growth and a key factor for success.The economic globalization of today's leaders has put forward higher requirements.In this research plan,we discuss the relationship between right distance,perceived service leadership style,employee voice behavior and employee self-efficacy.Perceived assumptions include: the negative direction of right distance affects the service style leadership style that affects employees' perception;right distance negatively affects employee's constructive behavior;perceived service style leads to employee constructive behavior;perceived service style plays a mediating role between right distance and employee's constructive behavior;My sense of efficacy plays a moderating role between perceived service leadership style and employee's voice behavior.After the design of the small sample questionnaire,the problem of poor consistency in the project title was deleted,and the revised questionnaire was distributed in a large scale.The hypotheses were verified by descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The paper further explores the influence of the distance of rights on the employee's constructive behavior,the mediating effect of perceived service style leadership style,the adjustment effect of self-efficacy,and the guiding significance to the management practice.The conclusion of this study not only enriched the research on the relationship between employees' perceptions of distance between power and behavior,but also enriched the effects of mediating variables and regulatory variables between organizational power distance and speech behavior.These research results have provided beneficial to the organization's management.The use of reference,that is,weakening the awareness of employee's rights,can promote employee's behavior of proposing words,and at the same time,enhance employees' perception of service-oriented leadership style,which can weaken the negative influence of right distance on employees' advocacy behavior and finally improve employees' self-efficacy perception.Therefore,employees are encouraged to make more suggestions and effectively increase the enthusiasm of employees to participate in management,so as to enhance the organization's core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. |
