With the development of economic globalization,facing increasingly complex and intense competition environment,the enterprises have to improve their own innovative unceasingly,and make use of advantages of the enterprise to adapt to the current environment.Enterprise staff's suggestions and opinions have a pivotal role in the growth and development of the enterprise.At present,there have been more and more enterprises begun to attach importance to employee's good behavior,and tried to change leadership style promoting effect on the initiative behavior of employees.Based on cognitive theory and social exchange theory,the paper analyzed the influence mechanism of shared leadership and employee good behavior using the empirical methods on the basis of analysis.The results of the study are valuable as reference for enriching the theoretical study of corporate leadership and management,motivating voice behavior of employees and promoting the reform and development of the enterprise.The article studies the relationship between the shared leadership,power distance,psychological security,perceived insider status and employees voice behavior.Choose the employee's gender,age,record of formal schooling and working hours as control variable,and reveal the relationship between shared leadership and employee's voice behavior.Firstly,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status,the relevant concepts of shared leadership,power distance,psychological security,perceived insider status and voice behavior are defined.Secondly,based on cognitive theory,social exchange theory and attribution theory,this paper discusses the relationship between shared leadership and employee's voice behavior,constructs theoretical model and puts forward research hypothesis.Then,choose part of small and medium-sized enterprise employees in country as the research sample.After screening unqualified questionnaire and collecting valid questionnaires,use SPSS and AMOS software for the analysis techniques,including descriptive statistics analysis,common deviation test,correlation test,confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the corresponding management enlightenment is put forward.Empirical study results indicate that the shared leadership has a positive role in promoting the employees voice behavior.Psychological security and perceived insider status play partial intermediary roles in the relationship of the shared leadership and voice behavior.The mediation roles of psychological security and perceived insider status are moderated by power distance.
