Research On The Physical Assets Management Of Power Grid Corporation Under The Reformation Of Power System

Power grid enterprises are a typical asset-intensive monopoly industry,in the context of power system reform,regulators on the transmission and distribution price control,approved power grid enterprises regulated income and introduced an evaluation system,including the number of effective assets approved,to a certain extent,compressed the power grid profits.This means that the operating pressure of power grid enterprises is greater,the cost control requirements are higher,the adoption of scientific and reasonable asset replacement strategy is the key point for power grid enterprises to find a way out,the assets invested in construction are as close to the number of effective assets approved by the regulator,and the efficiency of asset investment will help grid enterprises to obtain the ideal benefits.This paper focuses on the relationship between the long-term returns of power supply enterprises G and the safety and reliability of power grid operation,and puts forward the individualized strategy of China power grid companies by drawing on the asset management models of advanced power grid enterprises such as the United Kingdom and the US,and probes into the measures of making the balance among the safe and reliable operation,maximization of assets performance and cost savings among the whole life cycle.This paper first introduces the theoretical research situation at home and abroad,and analyzes the practice of closed-loop control and life cycle cost control in the whole process of asset life cycle of power enterprises at home and abroad.By collecting the situation of physical asset management in G power supply enterprises in the aspects of organizational structure,management concept and informationanlized level,combined with the characteristics and development of the company's assets,the problems existing in the current situation of fixed Assets management in G enterprises are combed out.In the following,the asset size,asset structure,asset health level,asset decommissioning and scrapping of different dimensions are studied in depth,and the physical asset replacement,technical reform and repair strategy of power grid enterprises are analyzed and evaluated.On this basis,the theory of asset wall is introduced,and the prediction model of asset wall of power grid enterprise is established.This paper analyzes the dimensions of planning investment,technical reform and maintenance,scrapping and decommissioning,and gives the direction of physical asset evaluation and management improvement measures.
