With the development of economy,people's living standards have improved so much and the demand for various commodities is increasing day by day,especially household appliances.However,nowadays,the production mode of home appliance companies needs further improving.The implementation of “Made in China 2025” provides possibilities for the realization of "intelligent manufacturing “,the " intelligent manufacturing” is an effective way for the household appliance enterprises to solve their own existing production mechanism.However,there are still large gap for enterprises to achieve the goal of “smart manufacturing”,Today,most assembly lines of home appliance companies are still relied on labor.The duplicate and long hours work for employees have a direct negative impact on the production efficiency and quality of the products.The use of automated assembly is an effective way to eliminate the negative impact,and it is also the first step to realize the target of “Intelligent Manufacturing”.Automated production requires a relatively high level of production balance.Detailed analysis and planning are required during the production process,without these data,it may lead to the opposite effect.In addition,intelligent monitoring is an important part of the "intelligent manufacturing" framework,and has a positive effect on the promotion of automated production to intelligent production.Therefore,a assembly line in a production workshop was studied in this paper.According to these automation requirements,on the basis of sorting and analyzing the assembly process information,the content of the automation stations was planned,the key equipments in the automation scheme were selected,some non-standard mechanisms were designed and calculated,and the three-dimensional models were established.What is more,the dynamics analysis software ADAMS was used to simulate some work units and mechanisms in the design scheme,analyse the interference among mechanisms and explore the rationality of the equipment layout.Then,the balance of the overall production system of the assembly plan was analyzed by the relative theory of balance.On the basis of the calculation data,the process of assembly line was analyzed and improved,and the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation simulation platform was used to model and simulate the assembly line production system.It is a direct way to verify the correctness of the calculation results,and it is an effective way to analyse the demand for distribution equipments and design distribution routes in the logistics distribution system.On the basis of assembly scheme,in order to enable the production line to quickly respond to the current changing trend of the product process,an on-line simulation and monitoring platform for the production line production system was established based on Plant Simulation.For the characteristics of strong correlation of the assembly line,and the aim to avoid the breakdown of the entire line due to the failure of a certain station,an on-line simulation and monitoring system platform for mechanical equipment was established based on kinematics co-simulation.When a fault occurs,the monitoring platform can provide more information about error for the technicians to shorten the repair time.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned research results,the feasibility and practicability of the system were verified by practical cases,and the two above-mentioned monitoring platforms can be integrated together via GUI.
