The Study Of Xunzi's Management Thought And Its Enlightenment To Enterprise's Ecological Management

The traditional Chinese philosophy is rich in management wisdom and culture.Xunzi,as one of the representative figures of ancient Chinese management thought,whose theory contains the unique management,and has certain reference value to the contemporary enterprise's ecological management.Faced with increasingly fierce global competition,enterprises are increasingly threatened by the environment,The ecological crisis faced by mankind requires that all humans carry out the sustainable development of natural ecological environment,enterprise as one of the social economic entities,it is necessary to update management practices and management concepts in a timely manner to conduct ecological management of enterprises.Digging deeper into the management thought of Xunzi and exploring its enlightenment to the enterprise's ecological management has certain theoretical and practical values.To begin with,this paper summarizes the generation and characteristics of Xunzi's Management Thought,the meaning and content of enterprise's ecological management.Next,it elaborates on Xunzi's Management Thought in terms of four aspects: First,"understanding the difference between nature and man " is the basis of the Xunzi's Management Philosophy,which is the internal basis for establishing the management of the subject and object and nature of the management combining nature with man.Second,"making people be moral" is the premise of management,and any management is based on certain human assumptions.Third,“carrying out the necessary social role positioning and professional division of labor” is the management organization of the Xunzi's Management Philosophy,meaning managing activities need to establish reasonable organizational structure and organizational function.Fourth,“Keeping both morality and benefit” is the goal of management,emphasizing sharing the benefit withpeople and controlling them by benefit of the overall goal of society.In the end,this paper explores the contemporary value of Xunzi's Management Thought,and makes meaningful enlightenment for enterprise's ecological management: Enterprise's ecological management should pay attention to harmony between heaven and man;Ecological person hypothesis requires people to self-manage;Enterprise ecosystem must be coordinated with management organization;Ecological sustainable development of enterprises should pay attention to dialectical unity.Moreover,this part provides valuable management ideas to realize the harmonious development of human and nature.
