In recent years,highway construction obtained rapid development in China.However,with the constant improvement of the national highway network,the construction has gradually slow.Highway construction projects supply comparatively contraction,and the market competition is more intense.In such a premise,enterprises which engaged in highway construction business should actively seek the use of scientific cost control methods,and improve the core competitive power of enterprises.In this paper,the following research work has been done based on literature research,quantitative analysis and case analysis.First of all,analysis the present cost control situation of highway construction project enterprise.According to industry management status and literature analysis,analyzed the present situation of highway construction enterprises in cost control,find the problems in cost control,and point out the highway construction enterprise is in low degree of cost control system.Secondly,to establish the highway construction enterprise cost control system.Based on the present situation of cost control research,by using the basic theory and method of cost control,through the literature research and excellent project management experience to establish the highway construction enterprise cost control system,and provide theoretical guidance to solve the low degree of highway construction project enterprise cost control systemic problems.Next,set up the evaluation model of cost control system.Establish the cost control system evaluation model based on research content and purposes,and induces the evaluation index system.Also,provides effect assessment of cost control system.Finally,by using the evaluation model of highway construction project construction enterprise cost control system,combining with the practice of highway construction project cost control system,evaluates the effect of cost control system,and come to the conclusion that cost control system stated in this paper is reliable and validated.
