Urban public transport is the abbreviation of urban public transport.It is a civilized window of a city and represents the image of a city.It is an important expression of the level of public service provided by local governments at all levels.The urban bus marketization reform in China originated from 1985,which began with the deregulation of the city bus management market by the state.With the development of the market economy,after 2002,public transport in large and medium-sized cities in China entered the stage of rapid development of the marketization reform.Looking back on this period,the reform has achieved some major successes,but there are also some problems,mainly because some local governments regard the marketization of urban public transport as a way of dumping burdens and discharging responsibilities,and reducing financial subsidies for public transport.It also neglected the effective supervision of the operation of public transport enterprises,resulting in the slow fall into difficulties in the market reform of public transport.By the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,China's urban public transport market reform has witnessed a return to nationalization.The main reason is that the government believes that public transport services are inefficient,public welfare is not reflected,and the public's satisfaction with public transport services is not enough.At present,China has entered a new era.Urban public transport development is faced with new opportunities and challenges.To sum up the experience of the past market-oriented reforms and further deepen the market-oriented reform of urban public transport conforms to the current economic and social development,conforms to national policies,and meets the expectations of the public.With the rapid development of Internet technology,people's production and life have changed dramatically,it seems that because of the Internet all of us are connected together,everything has become so fast and convenient.At this time,using "Internet +" to explore the urban public transport market reform to meet the current economic and social development needs,and this may be a good way to implement.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of the urban public transport market reform,and summarizes the research at home and abroad.The second part is the definition and basic theory analysis of urban bus market.The third part analyzes the feasibility of using Internet + to deepen the market reform of Chinese city bus.The fourth part introduces the course,predicament and reason of the city bus market reform in China.The fifth part,according to the existing problems and the specific situation of China,puts forward the application from three aspects: the mode,the mechanism and the realization pathThrough in-depth research and serious analysis,this paper explains the concrete reasons for the failure of the urban public transport market reform in China,and demonstrates the feasibility of deepening the urban public transport market reform with Internet +,and puts forward some specific policy suggestions on the current predicament and the need for reform.
