In recent years,with the continuous sharp rise in coal prices and the lag in the linkage between coal and electricity prices,the thermal power industry in the country has suffered a loss of 70-80% and the power system reform has been further promoted.The power generation enterprises have gradually moved towards complete competition.In the future,power generation enterprises are the independent main competitors in the market.Electricity consumption and electricity prices are determined by market competition,putting more stringent demands on enterprises in controlling costs,strengthening management and improving efficiency.However,after the price adjustment,corporate profits are at risk of a sharp decline.Coupled with the profit contribution of clean energy is not high,So with coal as the main raw material of coal enterprise to out optimization and transformation,its difficulty is big,environmental costs are on the rise,more and more fierce market competition.Survival crisis and pressure forced the thermal power enterprise management strategy to shift to the cost leadership strategy,attach great importance to reducing costs and increasing efficiency,fuel cost management and control has risen to the first place,therefore,the study of fuel cost management and control of great significance.Fuel cost management has so far been one of the most important cost management tasks for a specific power generation company.In the face of increasingly fierce external economic market competition,many large state-owned power generation companies have adopted fuel cost management strategies.It has been slowly overtaken by rival companies,which also urgently requires more scientific and effective overall planning and more humanized optimization measures for the company's own set of fuel cost control measures so that power generation companies can obtain more profits.Value,achieving a long-term blueprint for development,can also contribute to the maintenance of the value of our state-owned assets.This project will use Jiangsu Xutang Power Generation Corporation as the object of research and analysis,and apply theoretical and practical ideological strategies to focus on the scientific and effective analysis of the main factors affecting the fuel cost management of Xutang Power Generation Corporation.How to formulate a set of active and innovative management system that is scientific andpractical,as shown in the following text.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,based on the theory of cost management,this paper analyzes the current status and problems of fuel cost management and control system.In view of the current situation of fuel cost control and management in Xu Tang Power Generation Company in Jiangsu Province,Some problems are summed up,XuTang Power Company's fuel cost management has weak anti-coal market risk,lack of professional association coal procurement staff,blending mode still need to be optimized deeply,the level of fuel information needs to be further improved,the system lags behind and Team building is weak and other major issues.Secondly,using the theory of modern cost management and the analysis of the value chain,combined with the practice of thermal power plants,this paper systematically analyzes three main aspects of coal-making cost,coal-burning cost and coal-storage cost.By building coal Inventory model,proposed a corresponding improvement of fuel cost control strategy.Finally,we introduced the safeguards for fuel cost control strategy,which is to ensure effective implementation in six aspects: scientific preparation of fuel procurement plan,fuel acceptance management,improvement of management mechanism,construction of fuel information,construction of benchmarking mechanism and team and work style building.Through multi-level and multi-angle study,the methods to ensure the fuel management and control cost increase are analyzed,and the weak point of fuel cost control and guarantee in Jiangsu Xu Tang Power Generation Company is deeply analyzed. |
