Study On Production Cost Management Of Inner SF Mongolia Power Plant

The development of electric power enterprises plays a vital role in China's economic development and is an important economic force in the national economy.Up to now,China's power enterprises need to rectify the internal cost management,improve the utilization of funds,reduce costs and waste,and then improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.However,at present,many electric power enterprises have some problems,such as imperfect cost management system,loose system,weak cost management concept,lack of management personnel and so on.To solve these problems,we must set up the cost-benefit concept,strengthen the innovation consciousness,carry out the reasonable management of cost,optimize the value chain network,build up the specialized team of cost management,establish and improve the cost management system,improve the operation efficiency of funds and the construction of enterprise informatization.In the economic operation and development process of Tongliao area,the cost management of SF thermal power plants has attracted the attention of local governments.This paper is completed on the basis of in-depth investigation,access to relevant information and research analysis.The content is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this topic,the research context of foreign power cost issues,the research status quo of domestic power enterprise cost management,research framework and research methods.The second part of the enterprise cost management theory overview,mainly elaborated the basic connotation of cost management,strategic cost management theory,value chain cost management theory,fine management theory and so on;the third part of the SF thermal power enterprise cost management status analysis,mainly explained the enterprise profile and SF thermal power enterprise cost management.The fourth part is about the problems and reasons of cost management in SF thermal power plants.The problems and reasons of cost management in SF thermal power plants are deeply analyzed.The main problems of cost management are pointed out,which are mainly manifested in unreasonable fuel cost allocation in SF thermal power plants,unrealized management cost of safety facilities and calculation.Insufficient maintenance costs,backward cost management concepts and has not yet formed a cost management corporate culture five aspects.The main reason is that the system can not be implemented,the cost management consciousness is not strong and the cost control is not combined with the strategic development of the enterprise.Improve the safety production management system and mechanism;improve equipment performance;improve cost management awareness;build enterprise cost management culture;introduce enterprise cost fine management.The sixth part concludes that after analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of SF thermal power cost management are summarized,and the existing problems and reasons are pointed out,which need to be further improved.The cost management of SF thermal power plants will become more and more perfect as long as the task objectives are fulfilled with firm confidence and the standard management level is constantly upgraded.
