Research On The Mechanism And Path Of Rural Toursim Community Symbiotic Development

With the development of the times,the fast and compact urban life has gradually become the main theme of people ' s life,and more and more people want to escape the shackles of the city,to the natural and simple rural scenery,which has led to the development of rural tourism.The development of tourism solves the employment pressure for the local community,creates the income,and greatly improves the living standard of the local community residents.However,it will also bring about a series of negative effects,such as environmental pollution,chaos of public order and so on.Some tourist communities have entered a stage of decline after experiencing an early rapid development.After rural tourism has experienced a series of development of community participation,and community empowerment,how to innovate the development power and development model,solve the "tragedy of common land" in tourism development,and further realize the benefit co-prosperity and social equity.It is an urgent problem for us to solve.Based on the symbiotic theory,this paper studies the development of rural tourism,and studies the development mechanism and path of rural tourism community based on Yuan Village.Using a combination of field research and theoretical research,constructing the model of significant difference in the interest demands of the symbiotic unit to analyze the interest demands of the main parts of rural tourism in the process of tourism development.Using game theory to construct the model of conflict of interest between symbiotic units,and to analyze the conflict of interest between two symbiotic units and their forms of expression.In order to avoid the symbiotic conflict of symbiotic unit to build the symbiotic development mechanism and model,put forward the rural tourism symbiotic development countermeasures.The results show that different symbiotic units have different interest demands,but they can find some common points between them.Both the governments and the local residents hope to increase employment opportunities for local residents.The governments and tourists want to preserve the natural environment of the local ecology.The common interest demands of tourists and tour operators are expected to maintain the quality of products and the level of service.Local residents and tourists want to protect the local natural environment and rural cultural characteristics.The same interest demands have laid the foundation for the development of symbiosis.Although there are common points between the interests of symbiotic unit,the focus and the way of realization of the interests of the symbiotic unit are different.The majority of local residents choose to rely on the government and relevant management agencies to achieve their own interests,the governments is more to take macro-control measures,tourists mainly choose to seek the help of tourism agencies and rely on the network and media forces.The means of tourism operators are relatively diversified,and they will realize their own interest demands through the means of government agencies,improving their own competitivenes and consulting with other stakeholders.This leads to conflicts of interest among the symbiotic units during the realization of interest demands.Based on the analysis of the symbiotic organization model and symbiotic behavior model of Yuan Village,it is determined that the direction of tourism development of Yuan Village is to realize the symbiotic and reciprocal integration symbiotic mode.Based on the mechanism of benefit sharing,the mechanism of benefit coordination and the mechanism of integration to construct the mechanism of tourism symbiotic development of Yuan Village.Based on the governments leading role,the local residents led,the tourism operators led and the tourists led the Yuan Village symbiotic development path,with a view to providing reference for the sustainable development of Yuan Village and the whole rural tourism.
