Manufacturing industry is the main body of the real economy,promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is the key point of the revitalization of China's real economy.How to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry? In 2015,the State Council pointed out ?the guidance on actively promoting the Internet + action?,encouraging the backbone enterprises of manufacturing industry to synergy closely with each link of industry chain with internet,Promoting network manufacturing mode.As an important part of industrial chain synergy,a lot of data can be generated in the process of synergy between enterprises,these data will cover up valuable information,the noise data,low quality data will have a serious negative impact on the synergistic performance and the operation of the industry chain.Enterprises can analyse valuable information from big data,predict the needs of synergistic partners,maintain synergistic relationships and enhance their innovation performance by using big data analysis ability,but there is a lack of theoretical interpretation and empirical test on the impact of big data analysis capability on synergistic innovation,therefore,it is necessary to analyse the impact of enterprises' big data analyse capability on the synergistic innovation between enterprises.Based on the definition of the concept and the combation of relation between these variables,this paper builds theoretical model of "big data analysis capability--synergistic innovation capability-synergistic innovation performance".By taking manufacturing enterprises from all over the country as samples,this paper identifies the relationship and mediating effect between the variables with SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0?This paper mainly draws the following conclusions through empirical research: big data tangible resources have positive impact on big data human resources and big data intangible resources;strategic synergy has positive impact on organizational synergy and technical synergy;big data human resources and big data intangible resources have positive impact on synergy innovation capability;synergy between enterprises in strategy,organization and technology have positive impact on the performance of synergy innovation;big data human resources and big data intangible resources have complete intermediary role between the dimensions of big data tangible resources and the various dimensions of synergy innovation capability;big data human resources and big data intangible resources have complete intermediary role between the dimensions of big data tangible resources and the various dimensions of synergy innovation capability;each dimension of synergy innovation capability has complete intermediary role in big data human resources,big data intangible resources and synergy innovation performance.The conclusion of this paper not only can enrich the concept of big data analysis and the ability of synergy innovation,but also provides management inspiration for enterprises to use big data to promote synergy innovation between enterprises.
