Since 2001,the Ministry of Land and Resources has carried out the appraisal of agricultural land in the country.Haixing County carried out the grading work of cultivated land in 2009,identified the quality and quantity of arable land in the county,and provided technical and theoretical support for the scientific management of cultivated land in Haixing County.However,in 2009,more than nine years have passed since then.With the changes of the times,the dominant factors affecting the level of cultivated land in Haixing County have changed.In 2009,the grading index system mainly focused on natural factors,ignoring the importance of economic investment such as land remediation projects.Therefore,this paper selects the cultivated land in Haixing County as the research object,and conducts comprehensive investigations on the cultivated land in Haixing County.The natural factors,economic factors,regional factors,and selected indicators in Haixing County's grading index system were analyzed one by one in the construction of the target.Build a more targeted rating system and discuss the best methods for quantifying the various indicators,obtaining the grading results of arable land quality,and comparing with the2009 grading results,performing a spatial distribution analysis,comparative analysis of differential income,and agricultural land productivity.The main conclusions obtained from comparative analysis are as follows:(1)Adjust and improve Haixing County's agricultural land rating index system in2009,and remove and add some indicators.Natural factors remove soil total nitrogen content indicators,soil available phosphorus content indicators,soil available potassium content indicators,add soil pH,terrain parts indicators;economic factors exclude per capita arable land indicators,operating efficiency indicators,add field fragment fragmentation indicators,farming equipment Indicators;location factors have not been adjusted,so as to build a rating index system that is more in line with the actual situation in Haixing County,and accurately calculate the index scores.(2)The county has a total area of 3.47×10~4 hm~2 of agricultural land in the classification,which is divided into four levels:Class I ground area is 3.27×10~3 hm~2,accounting for 9.14%of the total area of the type;Class II area is 9.58×10~3 hm~2,accounting for 27.62%of the total area of the type;Class III area is 1.79×10~4 hm~2,accounting for 51.47%of the total area of this type;Class IV area is 3.99×10~3 hm~2,accounting for 11.77%of the total area of this type.(3)Comparing with the 2009 rating results from three aspects:level space,differential income,and farmland production capacity.According to the spatial distribution analysis,the proportion of class IV grade land in 2009 has reached 45.1%,and the proportion of class IV grade land is 11.77%.This class has increased the level of some agricultural lands;the differential income comparison:this time the R~2 of the linear regression equation obtained with the 2009 rating result is 0.4087 and 0.3232,respectively.In contrast,the quality rating of agricultural land obtained in this round has the highest correlation with the actual agricultural land yield;the production capacity comparison:the R~2 of the linear regression equation obtained from this year's rating result in 2009 is 0.4491 and 0.3545,respectively.In contrast,this time the results of farmland quality classification obtained reflect the actual output of agricultural land.Therefore,the factors selected for this rating are more in line with the situation in Haixing County.In summary,the present study analyzed the agricultural land grading indicator system in Haixing County in 2009,constructed a rating index system more in line with the actual situation of agricultural land in Haixing County,and obtained Haixing County agricultural land quality grading result.The research results provide technical basis and support for the grading and valuation of agricultural land in the coastal plain area.
