| Since the 20th century, the problem of ecological environment has seriously hindered the economic and social development of mankind, which has became the complex and urgent issue need to resolve in the world. Land use / land cover change and interacted with ecological environment closely and irrational land usage is one of the major problems causing the ecological environment pollution .The realization of the sustainable landusage should be derived from the land eco-use which is also the precondition and foundation for social sustainable development .This study has adopted a method that conbined theoretical and empirical way. This paper begins with the conception of the land use, analyzing characteristics and connotations of land use, and analyze the past research results about land eco-use combined with concreate county status, then adopted 23 single indicators from the perspective of nature , society and economy in order to establish the assessing frame and modelling about county land eco-use.and social aspects of the three has been selected 23 a single, the establishment of county land use ecological evaluation index system, the construction of county land use ecological evaluation model.The author has compiled the single indicator and data of Fuliang county during 1996-2005 on the basis of analyzing the natural land status and eco-enviroment , and made the concreated analysis by using the already structured land eco-use modelling. The result indicates that the level of land eco-use in Fuliang county is very low ,and status of land eco-use in Fuliang county is in the transition from land non-eco-use to land eco-use during the past 10 years . There is a tendency that the level of land eco-use is speeding after 2004.The author has also analyzed the factors which handicap land eco-use. Finally the author has made some sigificant analysis on the land eco-use in Fuliang county and put forward some measures and suggestions on the improvement of land eco-use. |
