Study On Influencing Factors And Migration Intention Of Rural Land Retirement Of Migrant Workers

The rural land is the inescapable reality of China's urbanization process in the 40 years since the reform and opening up,Chinese rural labor to non-agricultural industries and to cities and towns transfer,resulting in rural areas,rural land vacant empty nest,industry hollow "three space" has become increasingly prominent phenomenon.This year's national NPC and CPPCC also proposed that the revitalization of the construction of strategic collaboration to promote rural and new town,the key to solve urban and rural population transfer in the geographical space and elements in the interests of allocation of urban and rural areas the problem of synchronization in order to improve the system of property rights and the elements of market allocation as the focus".It is necessary to establish a scientific mechanism of rural land withdrawal and urban entry,and optimize the allocation of urban and rural factors.This article is based on the theory of land property rights,the economic structure of two yuan of land theory,selecting migrant workers from different industries in Xiaogan City and Wuhan City,Hubei Province,as the subjects of the survey to collect questionnaires,using the two-category Logistic model to fully demonstrate the influencing factors of peasant rural land withdrawal.Further analysis of the deviation of return migration intentions of expected demand of migrant workers,and proposed some reasonable policy suggestions of migrant workers land system accordingly.The main results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the study area 39.6% of migrant workers willing to withdraw from the contract,38.4% of migrant workers willing to withdraw from the homestead;a combination of cash plus social security has become the choice of 37.9% migrant workers contracted to exit,47.1% of migrant workers choose compensation housing replacement plus cash as the homestead exit way.And,would withdraw from the land of 78.9% migrant workers are willing to withdraw from the homestead exit,that migrant workers of rural land is consistent,so for migrant workers to withdraw from the homestead exit,promote the contracted land is a key step to effectively guide the homestead exit.Secondly,the migrant population,family income,urban housing,have contracted land,whether labour contracts in the city,the number of friends and social security level of the 7 factors have positive influence on the contracted land exit willingness;age,family population,land area,land dependence 4 the factors of exit willingness of land contract shows a negative effect.In addition,education,urban housing,migrant workers,social life level,land utilization,is now on the land in the city will number 6 friends positive factors,age,homestead in the housing endowment in the role,homestead and the floor of the housing property accounted for your share of the 3 factors negative influence on the Homestead exit willingness.From the perspective of common characteristic variables,the direction of action that influences the willingness to quit the contract area and the direction of the impact on the exit intention of the homestead are basically the same.Thirdly,in the group of migrant workers who have the willingness to retreat,the developed cities have become the first choice for the migrant workers to move into the city,and the small cities lose their attraction.34.4% of the migrant workers choose the first tier cities,36.9% of the migrant workers choose the second tier cities,20.5% of the migrant workers choose the three tier cities,the four line cities and five line cities migrant workers account for 4.9% and 3.3% respectively.Through comprehensive index evaluation,it is concluded that the migration willingness of migrant workers is inconsistent with the evaluation results of migration possibility.The possibility of migrant workers moving to the first tier cities is the lowest,and the possibility of moving to three tier cities is relatively high.Fourthly,the marriage,culture,monthly consumption ratio,in the city dating number,whether the land requisition,family income,and family is relatively common,out of the urban medical insurance and agricultural subsidies for migrant workers migration will achieve a positive effect,and the migration of low expectations in migration willingness of migrant workers in the city is life long enough.Finally,based on the premise of persisting migrant workers' willingness to satisfy the main demands of migrant workers and withdrawing from the rural land in a compensatory way,broaden the ideas for future land out of work and the development of new urbanization.This paper argues that the government should be aimed at different return ability and migration ability of migrant workers,according to different demands,they,for their corresponding exit policy,in order to promote the rural land,and to provide supporting services in social security,employment services,education and psychological guidance,so that the ability to adapt to the life of migrant workers the retreat will be further enhanced,out of work can actively and effectively promote the.
