SaaS ERP brings a new opportunity for the informationization of enterprises,it takes SaaS mode is deployed to provide ERP services through the Internet,enterprises no longer need to buy ERP software,system maintenance and operating costs have service providers bear,the threshold of information implementation has been reduced enormously.However,SaaS ERP is not perfect,because the enterprise moved to the SaaS ERP service will need information resources by service providers hosting platform environment,due to the uncertainty of the enterprise information resources are a security threat;in addition,the use of SaaS ERP services and data transmission through the Internet,the Internet has risk factors also threatened the security of data transmission the use of safety and service;at the same time,the SaaS ERP service migration is the implementation process of a multistage multi project,key migration activities are affected by subjects of migration and the environment,The key migration activities are affected by the migration subject and the environment,and the migration of SaaS ERP services is affected by many uncertainties.If it does not control the risk factors in the migration process,it will easily lead to the poor or even failure of the migration results.Firstly,around the SaaS ERP service on migration issues,research status and research status of ERP SaaS migration were reviewed,and from the perspective of risk management research reviewed the relevant research status of risk management and risk evaluation methods,analyzes the deficiencies of current SaaS ERP service migration risk management,as the starting point of this research.Secondly,from the stage of SaaS ERP process and the analysis of key migration activities,the risk events of SaaS ERP service migration are identified,and then the risk factors of SaaS ERP migration are explored,20 key risk factors are finally obtained.Then,based on fuzzy theory and grey relational decision-making theory,FMEA constructs the SaaS ERP service migration risk evaluation model,and evaluates the key risk factors.Finally,taking WY company SaaS ERP service migration risk assessment as an example,verify the operability of the model,and combined with the specific situation of WY company,put forward the SaaS ERP service migration risk control measures.
