Study On The Path Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Z Town,A City In Shaanxi Province

Poverty Alleviation has started since the foundation of new China.Poverty alleviation is a long-term work,and we learn and sum up experience during the process to achieve a momentous leap from "Blood Transfusion" to "Problem Solving".With the spread of the work in poverty alleviation,CPC Central Committee,the State Council of China issued"Decision on the Winning of Poverty Alleviation" and set clearly eradication of poverty as a key goal by 2020,which was reemphasized by Present Xi Jinping in the reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.With the deepening of strategy,supporting rural industries as one of the most crucial modes has been an irreplaceable strategy during the process of poverty alleviation.Even though we have made a great achievement in poverty alleviation so far,there are still 30,460,000 people below the poverty line,and most of them are in rural areas.Therefore,it is very necessary to study on the path of rural poverty reduction in order to achieve a general well-off society including poverty population and poverty-stricken area at the final crucial stage.This paper selects city Z in Shaanxi province as a research object and all of the contents are based on it.In this paper I elaborate the general situation of poverty alleviation,analyze the major problems exists in the supporting rural industries and propose the path selection on supporting rural industries.This paper has six parts.The first one is introduction,which covers the research background and significance on rural poverty reduction,the related research contents and status of domestic and foreign scholars and the research ideas and methods etc.The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis.To be specifically,on the one hand it analyzes the concepts on poverty,poverty reduction,targeted poverty reduction and supporting rural industries,and it covers the systematical knowledge on both the Marx's theory and Xi Jinping theory on anti-poverty,which aims to provide logical premise and theoretical basis on the way of rural poverty reduction.In the third part,it mainly analyzes the overview and general situation poverty alleviation of Z city,including the natural condition,socioeconomics status,poverty stricken population,aid-the-poor measures and effect of poverty aid.Meanwhile it expounds and analyzes the background,policies,modes and projects related to poverty alleviation,which provides some references for the following contents.The fourth part analyzes the issues we encountered during the process and explains self-development,entrepreneur assistance and government assistance of Z city in detail to provides a solid foundation for the rural poverty reduction.In the last part,it attempts to expounds the related paths for solving rural poverty reduction of Z city,and gets new ideas on solving problems so that finding a new breakthrough for current rural poverty reduction.
