Study On Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation And Ascension Of Listed Enterprises In Xinjiang

Xinjiang listed companies are spokesmen for Xinjiang enterprises and are an important force for promoting economic development in Xinjiang.Xinjiang's listed companies have been affected by such factors as geographical location,culture,technology,funds,and communications,making the early development of listed companies in Xinjiang appear to be characterized by their lateness,slowness and smallness.Xinjiang's listed companies can only formulate survival strategies suitable for their own development only if they recognize their competitive strength and external competitive environment.Based on this,this paper analyzes the status and characteristics of the development of listed companies in Xinjiang,and analyzes the competitiveness of the listed companies in Xinjiang by constructing a corporate competitiveness evaluation index system.This not only helps the listed companies to optimize the industrial structure,but also provides a certain degree of improvement to the overall competitiveness of listed companies in Xinjiang.Reference.This article starts with the theory of enterprise competitiveness,and deeply analyzes the meaning of enterprise competitiveness from the three perspectives of market ability,resource capability and enterprise comprehensive ability,and defines the meaning of enterprise competitiveness in this article.According to the comparative analysis of the research methods,the factor analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process are determined as data processing methods for follow-up studies.The status quo of listed companies in Xinjiang was analyzed from the perspectives of firm size,business abilities,industry and geographical distribution.From the perspective of firm size,the scale of listed companies in Xinjiang showed a slight decrease.Non-bank financial,chemical and electrical equipment manufacturing industry The scale of the company is in a better condition;from the point of view of operating capacity,it shows that the overall operating capacity of listed companies in Xinjiang is not good,and the downward trend of commodity trade,agricultural product processing,and energy companies is the most obvious.From the analysis of industry and geographical distribution,the types of industries of listed companies inXinjiang are still concentrated in the secondary industry and are concentrated in Urumqi,Changji and other regions on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains.Secondly,the evaluation index system for the competitiveness of listed companies in Xinjiang was constructed from five aspects: enterprise scale capability,enterprise operating capability,corporate debt repayment ability,corporate social competence,and corporate marketing ability,from these five modules and overall to2014-2016.The analysis of the competitiveness of listed companies in Xinjiang in the year revealed that there was a significant gap in scale development between companies,weak operating capacity,and unsatisfactory marketing capabilities.On the other hand,the listed companies also conducted comparative analysis of the industry and found that the competitiveness of the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry and the non-banking financial industry remained stable,and the competitiveness of the extractive industry,non-ferrous metal and natural gas industries weakened,and the computer communications industry and other high-tech industries The increase in competitiveness is evident.Finally,based on the analysis of the results of the competitiveness of listed companies in Xinjiang,the company found that there are problems in the areas of product and technology innovation,human resources management,brand building,and cost control,and proceeded from three levels: government,industry,and enterprise.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to help Xinjiang listed companies achieve sustainable development goals.
