| Fuping county county government has positioned agricultural insurance as the first breakthrough for financial poverty alleviation.From the perspective of realizing agricultural insurance covering the main types of farming industry in the county,it is particularly important to build a comprehensive agricultural insurance coverage system with a reasonable structure,complete categories,standard operation and strong guarantee,since most poor households are mainly from agricultural production.In this mode,it mainly adopts the "joint insurance" mode of the government of the county and the general insurance financial insurance company,the premium income between the two parties,the insurance compensation and the insurance compensation,the insurance premium of the county is mainly the local subsidy of 60%,the farmer pays the remaining 40% premium,greatly reduces the burden of the peasant household,improves the guarantee initiative of the peasants,and the farm production has reached a "bottom line" of the management risk,which has opened a credit road for the financial entrance of the countryside.At the same time,fuping county adopts the mode of "insurance first,loan follow-up",which is carried out by insurance to "pocket the bottom",providing guarantee for Banks to support industrial development loans,thus forming the industrial development pattern of promoting loan development and ensuring insurance.China is in a crucial period of poverty alleviation.The research on the poverty alleviation mode of baoding picc in fuping can provide some references for other povertystricken areas,especially in the poverty belt around taihang mountain.Taking the "fuping mode" of baoding picc as an example,this paper analyzes the poverty alleviation mode of agricultural insurance of picc branch in fuping by visiting baoding picc and local questionnaire survey of fuping county.The main contents are as follows: the first part briefly explains the background and significance of studying "fuping mode" and sorts out and puts forward the research method of this paper.The second part elaborates the development of "fuping mode" from four aspects: "co-operating co-insurance" operation mode,establishing catastrophe risk compensation mechanism,implementing agricultural product cost insurance and insurance credit,and briefly introduces its remarkable achievements.The third part of the survey is based on the survey of the people at the city of fu ping in the case of the safety of the people,the "fuping mode";The fourth part is based on the survey of the insured people and the survey of the local villagers,and the results of their success are summarized,and there are some problems that are still being analyzed;The fifth part is to further develop and develop the funing model.It is hoped that this article can be used as a reference for other poverty-stricken areas and the development of agricultural insurance industry. |
