Microfinance Guarantee Insurance Targeted Poverty Alleviation Research

In the process of precision poverty alleviation,there is a "no aim" problem,so that the real poor households are excluded from the target of poverty alleviation,and the speed of poverty alleviation has been slowed down.Microfinance guarantee insurance can improve the credit level of poor households through insurance mechanism,so that poor households can get microfinance more smoothly,and further improve their income through the rational use of credit funds,so as to achieve poverty reduction.In the process of poverty alleviation,microfinance insurance has played an important role in promoting the poverty alleviation program,which is formulated by the government.This paper studies the precision and poverty alleviation of microfinance insurance from the theoretical and empirical aspects.In theoretical research,firstly,from the micro credit guarantee insurance,precise poverty concept,using game theory to analyze the micro credit guarantee insurance for poverty alleviation participants in the macroscopic aspect,the theory of consumer behavior in microcosmic theory proved that the microfinance guarantee insurance feasibility of poverty alleviation.The mechanism of poverty alleviation by micro credit guarantee insurance is obtained by combining macro and micro analysis.In empirical research,first proposed the theory research on the micro credit guarantee insurance for empirical analysis in micro credit poverty alleviation mechanism,the theoretical and practical study are more prominent in rural women as the research object,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model from government policy,women's development,ECIC cooperation in three areas to evaluate the effect of poverty alleviation.The final result belongs to satisfaction,there do not understand the situation but the security cooperation in the letter,to make micro credit guarantee insurance to better serve the rural areas,further to rural women micro credit guarantee insurance purchase intention analysis,under the guidance of risk perception theory,using logistic model to analyze the impact of rural women micro credit guarantee insurance purchase intention.Government trust,product design,agricultural risk and ensure the four factors had significant influence on rural women On the basis of the intention of women's purchase,the paper analyzes how to promote the micro credit guarantee insurance products in rural areas.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions according to the conclusions of the research.
