| Sales staff played an important role in enterprise management,which was the key for guarantee of enterprises to achieve business objectives and achieve economic benefits.Therefore,having a high-quality,energetic,dynamic and active sales team was a strong guarantee for the smooth development of private enterprises.The design of the salary system,which was the foundation of salary management,played an important role in the management process.Whether the salary system of the sales staff was reasonable,targeted and promote,determined the sales staff's work attitude,seriousness,creativity and stability of the sales staff team.Thus,designing a salary system of sales staff which was reasonable and keeping pace with the times was the the foundation to guarantee of enterprise sales team sales team stability,increase the sales performance steadily and realize the profit of enterprise.Baoding Yinuo Daily Chemical Technologies Co,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Baoding Yinuo company in),which was registered in August 2004,mainly engaged in research and development,production management and technical services of household insecticide products and hygiene products.With the expansion of the scale of enterprises and the continuous adjustment of the company's strategy,the drawbacks gradually highlighted about the company's original salary management system,for example,the other company sales staff salary commission model was basically copied to the existing salary management system,and did not form their own,there was some issues such as single rigid,poor incentive,poor implementation and so on.It was found that sales staff was not satisfied with the existing salary management system,and the salary distribution and distribution was very arbitrary through interview and questionnaire survey to the sales staff of the Yinuo company.Therefore,in this paper,The status quo was conducted a survey based on employee satisfaction with the actual sales of the company's salary system using the advanced concept of domestic and foreign pay system,whose research object was Baoding Yinuo company's sales staff salary system,with the ways of literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews,case analysis and so on.Based on the analysis of the survey data,the problems existing in the salary system of the enterprise sales staff and the cause of the problems was found,the scientific and reasonable salary incentive concept was put forward based on the actual situation of the company and the current situation of human resource management,and the salary system of the sales staff was optimize,and strive to establish a set of enterprise characteristics with reasonable and effective for the development of the company's salary system,in order to achieve incentives and constraints for sales staff's behavior,improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the worker and promote the company's business objectives to achieve.This paper was divided into five parts: The first part introduced the background and significance,the research status quo and research methods at home and abroad of the topic;The second part was the research on the theory of salary system;In the third part,the salary system of sales staff in Baoding Yinuo Daily Chemical Technologies Co,Ltd was detailed analysis and evaluated;In the fourth part,the sales personnel salary management system was optimized under the guidance of the theory,combined with the actual situation of Baoding Yinuo Daily Chemical Technologies Co,Ltd;In the fifth part,the problems,innovations and shortcomings in the application of the new salary system was put forward with the summary and assessment of the design program. |
