Researching On Innovation Efficiency Of Manufacturing Enterprises In Hebei Province From The Perspective Of Innovation Value Chain

Manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of national economic development,but also determines the industry and the whole national economic level of the largest industry.Nowadays,the development of manufacturing in Heibei is still in the low value-added state and the development prospects are very worrying because of the backward technology,backward production equipment,investment funds and other factors.Based on the innovation point of view,this paper considers how to improve the innovation efficiency of the manufacturing industry in order to promote the industrial upgrading under the background of resource constraints,energy constraints and environmental constraints.Innovation is a complex process of multi-subject participation,multi-stage,multi-input and multi-output.This paper constructs a new innovation value chain model according to the main participants and stages involved in the innovation activities.The innovation value chain is divided into three aspects: technology output,product output,benefit output.And this paper selects the input-output indicators that can represent each link,and uses the three-stage DEA method to measure the innovation efficiency of each link.First of all,from the microscopic perspective of Hebei manufacturing industry in 29 segments of the various sectors of the innovation efficiency,according to classification standards are divided into high efficiency industries,the efficiency of the industry and low efficiency industries.And then find the reasons for the low efficiency of the inefficient industry innovation and how to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province by extending from the low efficiency type to the high efficiency type.Then from the macro perspective of the 31 regional manufacturing efficiency estimates,analysis of Hebei Province in the region within the regional manufacturing innovation rankings.Finally,the combination of macro and micro to compare the development of manufacturing innovation and to find the gap between the two in Hebei and Beijing.The model used in estimating the efficiency of innovation in the manufacturing sector is a three-stage DEA model,which is based on the analysis of environmental factors.The three-stage DEA method can decompose the innovation efficiency into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.This advantage can be more in-depth analysis of the reasons for the low efficiency of innovation in Hebei Province.Through a series of calculations and research,this paper found the development of manufacturing innovation and the place that need to improve.This paper provides a targeted reference for the upgrading of manufacturing industry,and has strong theoretical and research value.
