There are many problems and shortcomings in the process of performance appraisal,such as the formalization of performance appraisal methods,the lack of standardized performance appraisal,the imperfect performance appraisal system and the unreasonable application of performance appraisal results,which leads to the real Effect is not effective to play,although Tangshan Qi Shi Food Co.,Ltd.developed a related performance management system.Therefore,this paper studies the problems existing in the existing performance appraisal of the enterprise and analyzes the main reasons for its occurrence.The basis of this paper is the basic theory of performance appraisal;the research object is Tangshan Qi Shi Food Co.,Ltd.At the same time,this paper puts forward the improvement plan of performance appraisal for Tangshan Qi Shi Food Co.,Ltd.,and also provides reference for the performance appraisal of other small and medium-sized private enterprises on the basis of the status quo of performance appraisal combined with Tangshan Qi Shi Food Co.,Ltd.The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects:First,this paper describes the basic concepts of performance appraisal,such as performance,performance appraisal,performance appraisal and performance management,and the basic principles of performance appraisal.Then this article elaborates the basic theory of performance appraisal,including key performance indicators,360 degree assessment and balanced scorecard.Secondly,there are many problems in the internal performance appraisal in Tangshan Qixi Food Co.,Ltd.,including the lack of sound feedback feedback mechanism,the lack of rationality of performance appraisal index and the lack of performance appraisal.The reasons for the above problems can be attributed to the lagging behind the concept of performance appraisal,the misunderstanding of managers' performance appraisal,and the interference of performance assessment.Third,This paper reconstructs the performance appraisal system of Tangshan Qixi Food Co.,Ltd.from the general rules of performance appraisal system,the applicable scope and operation method of performance appraisal,and the performance evaluationindex based on KPI.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of the performance appraisal system of Tangshan Qi Shi Food Co.,Ltd.from three aspects: strengthening the awareness of internal performance appraisal,perfecting the internal performance appraisal system and perfecting the internal performance appraisal communication feedback mechanism.
