Chinese government has always attached great importance to the health of the people.Especially since the reform and opening up,the physical fitness and health level of the whole population has been continuously improved,and the medical and health service system has made remarkable achievements.Medical security concerns the national economy and the people's livelihood.With the continuous development of China's economy and politics and the continuous improvement of people's material life,the government pays more attention to social security and medical care to ensure the construction of people's livelihood.In recent years,the central government has been accelerating the reform of the national health insurance system,and gradually improving the national health insurance system.The coverage is more extensive,and the content is closer to the national health and health needs,so as to escort the health of the nation.As the most important social security system of the national security system,people pay more and more attention to the social security.Therefore,the audit of this part of the state is also very important.In order to further standardize the audit work of social security funds and improve the efficiency of work,the Audit Department of the social security audit department of the audit department has been set up accordingly.According to statistics,in recent thirty years,our government's standardized and efficient social security audit has promoted the further improvement of the national security system to a certain extent.In 2012,the National Audit Office of China carried out a comprehensive audit of large social security funds.The scale of the audit was unprecedented,and the scope of the work was radiated throughout the country for a long time,and a great social impact was produced at that time.In 2016,the audit office carried out the audit of the medical insurance fund throughout the country.Many people have focused their attention on the audit of social security.People's appeal for public and transparent audit of social security funds is increasing.At the same time,it also puts forward stricter standards for our future social security fund audit.The future road will face more difficulties and challenges.How to seize opportunities and achieve transformation and upgrading of the national social security system audit is one of the urgent problems to solve.Taking the audit work of medical insurance fund in C city as an example,this paper probes into the common problems in every aspect of audit work,and based on that,puts forward some suggestions for improving the audit benefit of social security funds.Through access to the audit report,we found that the medical insurance audit quality should be improved,the effect is not satisfactory,on the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge of the medical insurance based audit,we further explored the root cause this situation finally,in order to improve the medical insurance fund audit work efficiency,put forward 4 suggestions: first,establish and strictly implement the medical insurance fund audit supervision system;second,improve the audit personnel comprehensive quality and professional ability;third,improving the audit methods of medical insurance fund;fourth,adhere to and perfect the system of audit announcement.
