| Lei Maping Forest Park is located in Leibo county,Sichuan province,southwest edge of Sichuan basin northeastern of Liangshan,east of Hengduan Mountains,and north of the lower reaches of the Jinsha River.The park is rich in resources and unique in its type,which is called“subtropical plant gene bank”.The total area of the park is34320.3hm~2,among which,the forest area is 29115.4hm~2,covering 85%of the whole park.It can better protect the integrity of the forest landscape resources,biodiversity and ecosystems and provide a reference for future development and exploitation of Forest Park by analyzing and studying Lei Maping Forest Park landscape and its forest tourism development.The specific research results of this paper are as follows:1.Field investigations and field records have been conducted on forest landscape resources.The data show that Lei Maping Forest Park landscape resources can be divided into 6 types including geo-culture,hydrology,biology,astronomy,humanities and accessible landscape with“ancient,precious,rare,special”and other characteristics.Filled with undulating mountains,mountainous pinnacle,deep valleys and river,numerous waterfalls and towering ancient trees here,green mountains and rivers set off each other,furthermore,with thick traditional culture of Yi nationality and located on the golden tourism line of Southwest Sichuan,all these guarantee its great value for development.2.A quality test has been carried out around the index such as air quality,surface water quality,soil quality,negative ion content and air bacteria content with scientific methods and equipment,and also an analysis and evaluation have been conducted in accordance with the relevant standards.It is concluded that air quality,surface water quality and soil quality all reach the national first level standard.Moreover,the air anion content is better than the international general standard,and the air bacteria content is far below the national standard.3.A field survey about the tourism development conditions of Lei Maping Forest Park has also been conducted and an analysis has been done from the infrastructure,the appropriate travel period,network condition and possibility integrated into large area tourism.The data show that Lei Maping Forest Park with 213 National highways,convenient transportation conditions such as Yi-Pan highway and 300 days of travel suitable period which can be integrated into the sunshine resort area of pan-xi,South Sichuan tourism circle,Sichuan Yunnan and Chongqing tourism circle has great development potential.4.Landscape resources grade evaluation of Lei Maping Forest Park has been given combined with field survey data:The quality evaluation of scenic resources is 26.3points,regional environmental quality evaluation is 9.5 points,evaluation of the conditions for tourism development and utilization is 7 points and the overall evaluation is 42.8 points,the results of which show that the level of Lei Maping Forest Park scenic resources:Class A.5.An objective analysis has been done about the advantages and disadvantages of Lei Maping Forest Park by SWOT.The advantages include significant forest landscape resources,unique and significant advantages of policy and tourism location;disadvantages include weak awareness of resources protection and would-be improved tourism awareness,the lagging behind part of infrastructure and talent lack;there are some significant opportunities:great market demand and special pro-poor development policies for ethnic minority areas;there are also some threats such as fierce competition in the tourism market and the contradiction between development and protection.The strategies put forward in this study include:developing tourism resources,forming characteristic products,making good use of policy advantages,striving for e project support and social investment,attaching to both development and protection,increasing training exchanges,and improving tourism management level. |
