Project Financing Risk Management And Countermeasures Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises In High-tech Zones

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force to promote the steady growth of China's economy and an important part of the national economy.Accelerating the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is conducive to promoting China's economic growth,increasing employment rate,strengthening social stability and serving all aspects of society.At present,the government has continuously issued policies to support the development of small and medium enterprises,and the financial institutions are also increasing the new measures to innovate financial products and services,but the specific effect remains to be tested in time.With the acceleration of urbanization,project financing,as a new financing way of project investment and construction,has been widely applied in infrastructure construction.Project financing is the financing form of raising funds of more than one year in the name of project and undertaking debt repayment obligation with project operating income.With a strong fund raising ability,a series of risks are often implied due to the long construction period,large scale of construction,large scale of capital,wide range and complex structure.Starting from the theory and method of project financing risk management for small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper analyzes the status quo and risk management of project financing,including risk identification,risk assessment,risk allocation,and risk response.The paper analyzes and identifies the main risks of enterprise financing projects,summarizes the methods of risk response and monitoring in the light of the actual operation methods,and finally puts forward the research conclusions of the articles and the countermeasures to improve the level of project financing risk management.Put forward the suggestion that the small and medium-sized enterprises,the high-tech zone government and the financial institution should work together to solve the problem of project financing.
