With the development of network,the acceleration of economic globalization,the logistics industry will maintain the trend of rapid development in the future.But the logistics enterprises,whether in the mode of operation,the external environment,or in the internal business processes,human resources management and other aspects of work with other companies there is a big difference.With the rapid development of the logistics industry,logistics enterprises will become more and more competitive,more and more intense competition in the face of competition,logistics enterprises should not only actively use external development opportunities for development,to find development strategies to cope with external complex external environment,But also within the enterprise to adjust to find the shortcomings and increase the competitiveness of enterprises,and to do this not only pay attention to the expansion of business scope of business,sales capabilities,equipment and equipment updates,but also recognize the human resources The importance of staff performance appraisal of the powerful role.With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the number of logistics enterprises is increasing rapidly,more and more intense market competition,the face of strong competitive pressures,funds alone,facilities and equipment to enhance the competitive advantage has become very weak,especially for some Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,how to face the fierce competition has become the key to business survival.For the logistics industry of service industry,human resources is the key problem of the whole enterprise.The ability,attitude and work performance of the enterprise directly affect the improvement of enterprise performance and the realization of strategic objectives.However,these enterprises need to human resources management and development to maximize its performance,one of the most important is the staff performance appraisal.Scientific and reasonable performance appraisal can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,so that employees play to their greatest potential,thus helping enterprises to achieve strategic objectives,but also can find problems in management to enhance enterprise management and promote enterprise development.To this end,this paper logistics staff performance appraisal work for the research direction,conducted in-depth study,and achieved the following results:(1)Based on the analysis of human resources performance evaluation characteristics of logistics enterprises,and based on the existing research results of human resource performance appraisal,the paper designs the performance appraisal process of logistics enterprise employees,and scientifically selects the performance evaluation indicators of logistics enterprises employees,The performance evaluation index system is established.(2)Based on AHP and KPI,this paper constructs a model of employee performance appraisal based on AHP and KPI.This model can scientifically and objectively determine the weight value of each assessment index through AHP,and then combine the key performance appraisal method to carry out employee performance appraisal,and enhance the scientific and accurate results.And to KJ logistics companies as an example to verify and examples of analysis.
