In the national medical reform,Guangdong province is at the forefront.The goal is to complete the basic medical and health tasks in 2020 and establish a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.According to the population statistics in 2010,the resident population in Guangdong reached 104 million.In the past 3 years,78 billion 100 million yuan has been added to all levels of public finance,and more than 100 million permanent residents in the province can enjoy the benefits of medical reform.Guangdong medical reform has made some achievements,but at the same time,because of the change and improvement of the policy,the influence of the drugs on the sales of the major pharmaceutical enterprises in Guangdong is very large.The major foreign companies have adjusted their marketing strategies and should adapt to the changes in the market environment.Based on the related marketing theory,this paper studies the marketing strategy of A company in Guangdong.First,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of A company's STP strategy.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the marketing mix strategy,and then analyzes the causes of the problems.The main reasons are the analysis of the marketing environment of the A company.The macro environment and consumer demand,the internal environment of the enterprise,combined with the application of SWOT theory,summed up the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,and found the market opportunities and challenges that the letter must be faced with in Guangdong.Finally,aiming at these problems,combined with the situation of enterprises and the environment they face,we put forward suggestions for improving A's marketing strategy in Guangdong.
