Study On Selection Of China Cold Chain Logistics Model And Development Strategy

With the improvement of living standards and people's concentration on food safety, people need fresher food., and more refrigerated food, which lead to huge demand of cold-chain logistics. In China, cold-chain logistics is in its starting phase, and the selection of cold-chain logistics'pattern is kind of a important decision to a company. However, most entrepreneurs make their decision only based on their experience which has many uncertainties and inadequacies and may bring risky to their companies rather than logical and quantitative analysis. So, it's necessary to find a feasible method which combined with quantitative analysis when making the the final choice to reduce risk.In this paper, under the framework of transaction cost theory, supply chain management theory and the modern two-dimensional decision theory, and referencing the research results of logistics management, supply chain management, third part logistics and distribution center planning from both domestic and foreign scholars, four cold chain logistics model is summed up. They are self-run cold chain logistic, cold chain logistics based on the third-party logistic company, business alliance between productive enterprises and third party cold chain logistic company and the supply chain logistics union.Based on the analysis of China cold chain logistics'development history and present situation, this paper build a hierarchical model of cold chain logistic with the method of AHP, and set a way to make a quantitative analysis by sorting the restraining factor according to the factor importance, using Delphi Method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisement Model. A positive analysis is made in this paper using Wan Dashan milk cooperation as an example, and the conclusion is that the suitable cold chain logistics model for it is business alliance between productive enterprises and third party cold chain logistic company. By referring the successful experience of developed countries like the United States, Europe,Japan and so on, this paper list the problem exist in china's cold chain logistics, which are lack of professional third party cold chain logistic enterprise, cold chain inefficiency, lack of supply chain between the overall planning and integrated, lack of uniform standards and regulatory, and the cost of cold chain is too high. In the end of this paper, 6 suggestions are made to improve the situation, which are to improve and perfect the cold chain logistic industry and market regulation mechanism, and emphasize the whole planning of the cold chain logistics, and try to improve with the hardware and software in the cold chain logistics and the EDI level, and encourage professional third party logistics company develop, and last but not least, accelerate talents squad construction.
