Study Of The Impact Of Guangdong Technology Business Incubators On Service Support And Enterprise Performance

Technology business incubators are useful to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and develop high and new technology enterprises and entrepreneurs,playing an important role to promote the development of high and new technology,and improve the national and regional innovation system.With the mature development of the incubator industry,more than 3,000 incubators have been set up in 2017,with 634 incubators in guangdong province,making an important contribution to the development of high-tech industries in guangdong province.Science and technology business incubator provides a series of service support for start-up companies to effectively reduce the risk of entrepreneurship and start-up costs,and help startups to leapfrog the "death trap" in the early stage of development.As service support playing an important role in the business enterprise growth,the research on the type of service support from the incubator to analyze the performance of the enterprise is less,and it neglects the function mechanism of the service support from the incubator to influence the incubation performance..Based on this,this paper focuses on the question: how does the various service support of the incubator affect the enterprise performance? What path does the service take to affect enterprise performance? It is expected that this study will increase the understanding of the operation and action path of the incubator.This paper takes Guangdong province science and technology business incubator as the sample,first analyzing the incubator service classification and the role of incubator service participants.Then,based on the resource-based theory and enterprise capabilities theory,this paper analyzes the role of resource integration capabilities between incubator service support and corporate performance and proposing a relationship model between the service support,resource integration capability and corporate performance.It is pointed out that service support not only has a direct impact on corporate performance,but more importantly indirectly affects the performance of incubating firms by affecting the ability of enterprise resource integration.Finally,through field survey interviews and questionnaire survey data of incubators,SPSS and AMOS structural equation models were used to conduct empirical research on the relationship between this three variate,and the mechanism of service support impact performance was analyzed.The main research conclusions are as follows:Incubator service support has a positive impact on corporate performance,but mainly through indirect ways of resource integration ability to affect corporate performance,and the direct effect is weaker.The resource integration ability has a significant mediating role in service support and performance.Different services have different degrees of influence on resource integration capabilities.The incubator's business support and cultural environment services have a positive impact on the company's ability to build resources.Technical support and network support have a stronger role in the integration of corporate resources.Service support plays a greater role in improving corporate resource building capabilities than resource utilization capabilities.The degree of influence on the three types of corporate performance varies with the construction of enterprise resource building capabilities and resource utilization capabilities.Enterprise resource utilization ability has the greatest effect on profitability performance and innovation performance,while enterprise resource building ability mainly affects the company's growth performance and innovation performance.Finally,this article summarizes the conclusions of the research,analyzes the guiding significance of the findings in practice,and points out the limitations of this study and areas for improvement.
