Research On The Relationship Of Supply Chain Network,Network Capability And Service Innovation Performance

In the current fierce market competition environment,small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with problems such as high transaction cost,difficulty of capital circulation and so on.In a competitive environment with clear social division of labor,enterprises can not have all the resources needed for production.Enterprises must actively integrate with the external environment to obtain the required resources,otherwise they will lose their competitive advantages.At this time,the supply chain service enterprises emerge as the times require,which means that the enterprises can gradually outsource a large number of non core services to the supply chain service enterprises,and the turn to focuses on their core business.But at present,the research on supply chain service enterprises is still lacking.As the core of the service supply chain network,what kind of supply chain network should be constructed to promote innovation and development is a topic of common concern between the entrepreneurs and the academia.Based on the above information,the paper divides the supply chain network into relation-dimension(including trust and relationship close degree)and structure-dimension(including network scale and network heterogeneity),and the theoretical hypothesis model of the relationship between trust,close relationship,network size,network heterogeneity,network capability and service innovation performance of supply chain service enterprises is constructed.The samples from 152 nationwide supply chain service enterprises are surveyed.and the method of hierarchical regression analysis is used to test the direct and regulating functions of the variables.The results show that:(1)trust,close relationship degree,network size,network heterogeneity and network ability have a significant positive impact on the service innovation performance of supply chain service enterprises;(2)the effect of network capability on the service innovation performance of supply chain service enterprises by regulating trust,network scale and network heterogeneity(3)The influence of network scale negatively moderates the service innovation performance of supply chain service enterprises.This research helps to enrich and improve the related theories of service innovation,and make up for the lack of relevant research,and provide reference and decision-making for the supply chain service enterprises to carry out the service supply chain network planning...
