Anti-dumping on behalf of the confrontation between state economic and trade relations, and concluded free trade agreements on behalf of the cooperation of state economic and trade relations,in the trend of global economic and trade relations from confrontation to cooperation,Is there a connection between them? Further,is there any incentive for countries that have frequently initiated anti-dumping cases to reduce their anti-dumping by forging FTA? Conversely,is it possible that anti-dumping can promote the establishment of FTA? This issue has been hindered by the development of economic globalization and the crisis of trade protectionism, which undoubtedly has important practical significance. For this purpose, using the global antidumping and free trade zone data from 1978 to 2015,we conducted an in-depth and quantitative analysis of this problem using the social network analysis method and the Probit binary choice model.Specifically,on the basis of describing the status quo of global anti-dumping and FTA,we first use of social network analysis method respectively analyzed the global anti-dumping initiated and global FTA,through the comparison of the two social network structure we found that both high coincidence. On this basis,we use the Probit model, build the endogenous FTA established factors model of anti-dumping,the results showed that: the more antidumping cases initiated between the two countries, the more likely they are to sign regional trade agreements in the future, and establish free trade area,we also analyzes the reasons behind this phenomenon. Finally, with the current international background,we reveal the policy significance of this conclusion.
