After 40 years of reform,China has achieved remarkable results in the continuous adjustment of the structure of China's agriculture. The market has increasingly optimized the layout of regions and varieties, and the circulation of agricultural products has been characterized by large-scale,long-distance,and anti-seasonal conditions, which puts forward higher Efficiency requirements. In particular, the large-scale output of fresh agricultural products and the increase in off-season sales are urgently needed to speed up the development of fresh agricultural product transportation across regions. The cold chain multimodal transportation is undoubtedly an effective method to solve this problem. However, judging from the proportion of multimodal transport in China's entire transportation and logistics development,it is still far lower than that of developed countries, especially multimodal transportation of fresh agricultural products. Therefore, for this phenomenon, this paper studies the problem of multimodal transportation of fresh produce with the constraints of the alternative set of transportation modes, optimizes the integration of transport modes and transport routes, and constructs an optimal model of multimodal transport path, which provides a certain theoretical support for multimodal transport of fresh produce,as well as practical methods for reference. The main research content includes the following two aspects:(1)Decision-making of transportation mode of fresh agricultural products based on R-GRA.In order to make the decision-making process of cross-regional transportation options for fresh agricultural products more accurately reflect the perception of decision-making groups, the article proposes a method based on rough set theory for determining the weight of evaluation indicators.Taking into account the ambiguity and uncertainty of the decision information in the evaluation of transportation plans, the paper constructs a grey relation analysis decision-making model of fresh agricultural products based on rough decision-making information processing.Calculate the coarse-section interval difference coefficient of each mode to achieve the optimization of the transportation plan.Taking the cross-regional transportation of a fresh produce as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.(2)Study on optimization of multi-objective fresh agricultural products transportation path based on cost-time-carbon emissions. The perishable nature of fresh agricultural produce requires strict quality control in the interregional transportation process to reduce the loss and transporting fresh produce from the production area to the demand area in the most effective way to improve customer satisfaction degree. Therefore, this paper aims to minimize the total cost of the system, the shortest total transport time, and remain the environmental sustainability. It considers the physical and freshness losses of fresh produce, and introduces the constraints of the alternative set of transport modes to build a linear programming model for the transportation problem of fresh agricultural products across regions.Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGA-II)algorithm is used to solve the problem, and Pareto optimal solution set including several non-dominated solutions is obtained, which provides decision makers with diversified choices. Finally,an example analysis is performed and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.Based on the study of cross-regional transportation of fresh agricultural products, this paper proposes an optimization model of multimodal transport routes based on the alternative set of transport modes and designs corresponding algorithm to solve the problem. This research has certain theoretical and practical significance.
