| The proposal of "Double Innovation" and the Internet revolution have promoted a tremendous transformation in the innovation and entrepreneurial paradigm,emerged new internet economic model,fully infiltrated and transformed traditional production and lifestyles,guided the explosive growth of industries,and shaped the prosperity and development of the Internet economy.Maker Space relies on the internet revolution in the age of innovation.It is a new innovation model based on “mass production”.It has shown vigorous development and has broken through geographical,time,and capital constraints.It has truly achieved the openness and sharing of innovative resources such as material,knowledge,human resources and information technology,collided with more creative ideas,and breaked through the bottleneck of innovation in traditional industries,Maker Space has been enhancing the innovative capabilities of enterprises,improving the market share and market sales of new products,and improving the innovation performance of enterprises.Therefore,it has certain practical significance to study the impact of innovation resources of Maker Space on the innovation performance of enterprises.Based on the theoretical support of the resource-based concept and the literature review of the Maker Space,innovation resources,innovation capabilities,and innovation performance,this paper researchs innovation resources from four dimensions: financial resources,human resources,material resources,and knowledge resources,creats the theoretical conceptual model of innovation resources and enterprise innovation performance in the Makerspace and proposes corresponding research hypotheses.A sample of companies in each region to build Maker Space and companies in the Maker Space were sampled.First-hand data were collected through questionnaires,and descriptive statistical analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and exploratory factor analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 measurement software to verify the proposed hypothesis.The results show that the innovation resources of the Maker Space have a positive influence on the enterprise's innovation ability and innovation performance;the innovation ability has a positive influence on the enterprise innovation performance,and the innovation ability plays an intermediary role in the impact relationship between the innovation resources of the Maker Space and the innovation performance.The process and conclusions of this study have the following two contributions:(1)It has enriched the research on the mechanism of innovation resources.Based on the concept of resource-based resources,this paper makes an exploratory analysis of the impact of innovation resources of Maker Space,innovation capabilities,and enterprise innovation performance,and opens the “black box” between innovation resources and enterprise innovation performance to some extent.(2)There is a certain degree of management practice.Enterprises should attach importance to the role and function of innovation resources and Maker space in participating in innovation activities,and relevant conclusions have certain reference and guidance for the management practices of enterprises,and provides scientific decision-making basis for enterprises to carry out targeted innovation activities. |
