With the advence of the artificial intelligence era,the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more motivating,and there is a higher and higher requirement for the upgrading of products and services.Therefore,innovation has become the core competitive advantage of enterprise development,and enterprises only have to seize market opportunities.Only by grasping the core competitive advantage can we remain viable and stand in an important position in the industry.In the final analysis,the innovative advantages of a company are the creative advantages of its talents.If companies want to stay in the leading position in the industry,they must pay attention to the cultivation of employee creativity.Creativity has been a hot topic of discussion in business and management circles since its introduction.At present,research on employee creativity is mainly based on individual factors and contextual factors.The individual factors mainly focus on individual characteristics and self-efficacy.The situational factors are mainly from work complexity and Leadership.As well as organizational characteristics to expand.For Chinese enterprises advocating Leader's authority,Leader's has played a pivotal role in the enterprise,and a summary of the existing research found that the role of the leadership mechanism is mainly from the leadership style and the relationship between leadership and subordinates,the ability of leadership is relatively little research on behavior.Political Skill are the ability to persuade and influence others to achieve individual and business goals.This ability can be externalized into individual behavior.Therefore,the political Skill of leaders have a great impact on employees.This paper attempts to clarify the relationship between Leader's political Skill and employee creativity based on the "capacity-behavior" transmission mechanism,and reveals the "black box" between Leader's political Skill and employee creativity."effect.Based on this,based on social learning theory and social network theory,this paper introduces employees' political Skill and feedback-seeking behaviors as two mediating variables,and describes the multiple mediating mechanisms of Leader's political Skill for employee creativity from three paths.Based on this,psychological ownership is introduced to explore possible boundary mechanisms.In order to validate the research hypothesis,this paper draws on existing mature scales,combines localized situations,and uses questionnaires to obtain relevant research data.SPSS 19.0 and LISREL8.7 were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the recovered questionnaires to ensure the quality of the questionnaires.Bootstrap and hierarchical regression were used to test hypotheses.The results show that Leader's political Skill have a significant positive effect on employee creativity;employees' political Skill play a role of partial mediating effect between Leader's political Skill and employee creativity;Feedback-seeking behavior on Leader's political Skill and employee creativity Relationships play the role of partial mediating effect;employee political Skill and Feedback-seeking behavior play a role of the sequence mediating effct between Leader's political Skill and employee creativity;psychological ownership is positively moderated the relationship between employee political Skill and Feedback-seeking behavior.
