Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises, with the development of knowledge economy and the arrival of the big data era, the construction of talents in modern enterprises is more important. Feedback-seeking as an effective way to communicate with leaders, can significantly improve the performance and satisfaction, which can promote the achievement of organizational goals. So it is very important to strengthen the feedback-seeking behavior of employees. How to break silence under the background of China, enhance communication and feedback frequency during the hierarchies became an important research topic in the area of leadership behavior theory.This research explored the effect of transformational leadership on employees' feedback-seeking behavior based on the perspective of psychological empowerment. Based on the theory of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment and feedback-seeking of predecessors as the research foundation, through the analysis of construction, construct the model of transformational leadership effect on employee feedback-seeking behavior, and put forward the corresponding research hypotheses. Then with reference to the existing scale, the research designed the measurement scale of transformational leadership effect on employee feedback-seeking behavior with high reliability and validity. Next the research use SPSS19.0, Amos17.0 software to analyze the data as well as verify the theoretical model and hypothesis. The main research conclusions include:(1)the Transformational leadership questionnaire, psychological empowerment scale and feedback-seeking scale the paper used has good reliability and validity;(2) There are different level of employee psychological empowerment and feedback-seeking behavior in different individual variables;(3)Transformational leadership has significant positive correlation with feedback-seeking behavior, and various dimensions of psychological empowerment plays a mediating role to different degree between transformational leadership and feedback seeking behavior.At the end of this paper, according to the theoretical and empirical research conclusion, from the perspective of psychological empowerment, The author put forward a series of management countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing employee feedback seeking behavior, and analyzes the limitations of the present research on the contents and methods, as well as the direction for further research based on the reality of current.
