Electronic information products are widely used in all sectors and industries of the national economy,as well as national defense and People's Daily life.And their quality and technical level concentratedly reflect the contemporary high and new technology.As the rapid development of science and technology in today,electronic information products are of great variety and high technology,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The public has increasingly high requirements for the testing quality of electronic information products.In this situation,new requirements are put forward for the testing organization of electronic information products: one side,the testing organization is required to be more high,precise and sharp,to guarantee the testing quality and to strictly control the quality of electronic products;the other side,it requires the testing organization must provide more efficiency work to meet customer demands.Refer to the quality management research theory both at home and abroad,and based on the “testing and calibration laboratory accreditation criteria” ISO/IEC 17025,this paper takes the M institute for testing electronic information products as the research object,summarizes the existing problems of M institute,and analyzes the causes of the problems by using statistical analysis methods such as arrangement diagram and control diagram.This paper considers three links which affect the testing quality,i.e.testing process,data collection and testing report.And according to the principle of 5M1E(man,machine,material,method,measurement,environment,etc.),the improvement strategy system of quality management is constructed on the basis of the quality management information system LIMS.The IoT technology in industrial engineering is applied to laboratory field management,so as to improve the accuracy of test results and customer satisfaction.Finally,the paper integrates the thinking of continuous improvement and the 6S management method,proposes the safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality management improvement strategy,and uses SPSS to analyze the improvement effect.After the implementation of the quality management improvement strategy,the delay rate of test report has decreased,while the customer satisfaction has improved.
