Research On Logistics Cost Control Of JT Petrochemical Company Limited

With the current drop in international oil prices,China's oil companies are becoming more and more fierce in international competition,and their business forms are relatively less optimistic.Some companies even suffer long-term losses.Although JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.achieved a certain degree of operating results within a certain operating range,JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.viewed the financial indicators in 2016,the indicators are in a more optimistic situation,but JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.still exists.The larger cost issue.Based on the literatures related to logistics management at home and abroad,this paper studies the current status of logistics cost management of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,and uses the grey forecasting method to predict the logistics costs of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.in recent years,and adopts operations.The analysis method calculates the logistics costs of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,and proposes relevant measures and specific recommendations for logistics cost control of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.Under the background of the increasingly high logistics cost of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,the profitability of the company is becoming less and less,which makes the company have to increase the importance of logistics costs.However,the logistics cost of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has increased year by year,which has severely restricted the company's economic effects to a certain extent.Therefore,in this context,this article studies the company's logistics cost control in order to play a very good role in promoting the development of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.In view of the current status of logistics cost control of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,this article will first conduct a detailed study on the current status of logistics cost control of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The main influencing factors for the study of logistics costs of the company using the grey correlation method are small and have the greatest impact.The transportation cost of factors as the research object of this article,and the cost forecast of the grey correlation method,to predict the cost of the company in the next two or three years,and then put forward several problems related to the control of the company's logistics costs.And conduct a reason analysis.In the study of the cost management of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.the relevant ideas and methods for the management of logistics costs of JT Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced,and the company adopted an activity-based costing method to effectively manage the company's logistics costs.At the same time,the company listed the relevant cases of the three-line ABC.The calculation of the ABC results in different unit prices for the company's three lines and discusses the company's strategy and recommendations for logistics cost management.
